Closing concert of the Open Air Stage

A terrific summer of culture lies behind us. The Gartenträume Lounge lived up to its name and once again became a feel-good oasis in the city center. On the open-air stage, people rocked, jazzt, grooved, folked, swayed, covered, sang, danced, laughed and celebrated.

And so we want to say goodbye to the open-air stage on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 16:00 – 23:00 with a great final program. First, we will present various local actors on the usual open-air stage in the Garden Dreams Lounge from 16:00. We are looking forward to the opera choir of the Anhaltisches Theater Dessau, pupils of the music school Kurt Weill, children’s dance groups of the Bewegungskombinat, the children’s and youth circus Raxli Faxli, Orlando & Leonardo with the Salsa School Dessau and the group GAIA Percussion, which will then take the audience drumming to a large stage in front of the town hall. There it continues spectacularly with the band TÄNZCHENTEE at 20.00 o’clock, before it finally ends with a sparkling and fantastic firework finale by the PYROTEC team around Mark Schmidt.

TÄNZCHENTEE for the grand open-air finale

For thirteen years now, the musicians of Tänzchentee have managed to thrill their audience almost every weekend. Whether at big events, city or village festivals, birthdays or company celebrations – most of the time they manage to draw the guests to the stage very quickly.

The main goal of the band is to provide fun, relaxation and exuberance for the guests! The band achieves this goal through its own joy, which develops while making music, performing and interacting with the audience. It is not the rehearsed, but the “always-again-adapting-to-every-situation-improvising” that is the charm and keeps the show alive. With the live played and original sounding cover titles from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s as well as current chart hits coupled with the wit of the guys no dance leg remains still in the corner.

Be curious and look forward to this highlight of the evening!
