London, Paris, Madrid – metropolises that should not be missing from any travel wish list.
But many German cities are also among these big names. The Geosaison magazine has listed in its latest issue the 23 must-see cities for 2023 and also Dessau-Roßlau is there as a recommendation again.
There have already been some major recognitions for Dessau-Roßlau in the past, which made the case for a visit here. The selection of the Bauhaus Museum as Museum of the Year by the German section of the international art critics’ association AICA brought many mentions in renowned journals.
And the nomination of the Garden Dreams Lounge project on Dessau’s market square as an exemplary development project for inner-city areas also generated positive publicity in specialist circles and various publications.
We are all the more pleased that this positive attention does not abate and that the cultural offer in Dessau-Roßlau is perceived from very different directions.
