From 1 June 2025: The discovery booklet and sticker collection campaign for the World Heritage Site in Saxony-Anhalt
‘You’ll be amazed!’ – Discover, collect and win
Just in time for the start of the travel season, Saxony-Anhalt is inviting families and young explorers on a very special journey through the World Heritage State. The new ‘Da staunst du!’ discovery booklet turns the STAUNENSWERTE tour through eight UNESCO World Heritage sites into an exciting adventure – child-friendly, creative and free of charge!
What is the discovery booklet?
The lovingly designed booklet presents the eight World Heritage Stations in a playful way – with puzzles, fun facts and lots of pictures. It is perfect for curious children from the 3rd grade (or to discover together with their parents) and fits in every rucksack. It will be available free of charge from 1 June at the World Heritage sites, at the Dessau-Roßlau Tourist Information Centre or online.

Each of the eight World Heritage Stations has its own sticker – directly at the ticket counter. Collect and you will be rewarded:
Get the right sticker for your booklet at each station.
If you collect four or more stickers, you can receive a small surprise by e-mail to welterbe@img-sachsen-anhalt.de and take part in a prize draw for a family weekend in Saxony-Anhalt.
The prize draw takes place every year in December – 2025 and 2026.
